Please note that full payment of the reservation is required upon arrival. Payment can be made up to 2999.00 in cash, or in checks or ATMs. After receiving the payment, you will receive the delivery of the property. The collection of the keys takes place at the headquarters of the Agency.
In the event of covid restrictions, a waucher for the same amount of the lease will be issued with a validity of 12 months.

General rental conditions
Booking: for apartment stays it can be made for a minimum period of one week, with the beginning and end of the stay always on Saturday. The booking request must indicate the chosen combination of stay, the period and the exact number of people, including children and any animals where permitted.
Payment: the reservation is valid and final upon payment of the deposit equal to 30% of the total amount with a minimum of € 150.00 by postal order or bank transfer; the balance must be paid upon entering the keys.
Accommodation: will be made available on the Saturday of arrival from 16.30 to 18.00 and must be vacated by 09.00 on the Saturday of departure indicated in the booking. Any complaints, breakages or shortages found at the entrance must be reported within 24 hours; if not reported in good time, any maintenance costs will be charged at the end of the stay.
Delivery: the property is delivered in order and clean without towels and bed linen including kitchen kit.
Prices include: Parking space near the accommodation (if indicated in the property sheet), dishes - air conditioning (if indicated in the property sheet), SAT TV (where provided), entertainment for adults and for the most children, use of playground and beach volleyball court (affiliated establishments), VAT, pets where allowed.
Umbrella and sunbeds on the beach: discount with affiliated establishments
Extra charges to be paid locally:
Gas, electricity and water as per initial and final meter readings.
Deposit: a valid credit card must be communicated at the time of entry, otherwise the Agency reserves the right to evaluate the cash deposit of € 400.00.
Tidying up of the apartment and mandatory sanitation: € 75.00 two-room apartments - € 90.00 three-room apartments - € 115.00 four-room apartments.
Final cleaning if not performed by the tenant (optional): the cost of € 20.00 for two- and three-room apartments will be increased - € 40.00 for four-room apartments.
Extra bed: € 4.00 per day - minimum 7 days.
Free animals (where allowed): mandatory cleaning for sanitizing the animal hair of € 50.00.
Tourist tax € 0.35 per person per night (children under 12 do not pay).
